REFLECTION WEEK 4



Hey Nomad Crew


I hope you are all keeping sane and grounded during these times. I know for me during these times I definitely focusing on my health both physically and mentally. Finding a balance between relaxing and working, since I do work for myself 4-7 days a week. The other days where I'm not working for myself, I decided to stay at my part time job here in BC since my full time job back home is on pause atm. There will be quotes being adding in as well because there will be quotes that will reflect on how this journey is changing and shaping us for when we get out of this new norm as we are all calling it.


We can't change the direction of the wind, but we can adjust our sails to always reach our destination.

UNIVERSE CARDS:

MONDAY


"you're confidence knows no limits"


Let things come to you. You can handle, process, and reflect on the situations that present themselves to you. You got this no matter the outcome. It can be a bumpy road or a smooth road no matter what type of road it is - there will be light at the end of it.


Q: What type of road are you on for your journey at this time in life and during this time of having more time for yourself?


TUESDAY


"believe in yourself"

You cannot controls and what decisions they make. All you can do is be there for support physically, mentally, and emotionally - they have to choose when they want that from you and you as a friend can be there for them.


Q: What check-in's are you doing to support your friends and family?


WEDNESDAY


"the tools you need to succeed are in your possession"


Go with your gut with what it's telling you. Sometimes you need to listen to yourself more than what everyone else is telling you because they might not see the full picture you see. Sometimes a change of plans is necessary.


Q: Are you seeing a full or half full picture with your current situations?


Your body whispers answers to you but if you don't listen, your body will start screaming at you. Then you will hear what your body is telling you.

THURSDAY


"take it easy and breath"


New ideas and thoughts can come from the oddest sources of inspiration but it helps your mindfulness of being creative. Explore your creativity because it makes you unique.


Q: Are you exploring new sources of creativity or are you letting the creativity come to you?

FRIDAY


"have the power to control your thoughts"


Everything comes full circle just like the phases of the moon - each phase as a story to tell about the part of the journey you are currently on. Let everything play out as it is supposed to be. Each phase of the journey includes 8 parts you need to learn from: an answer to your question, a lesson you need to learn, a decision you need to make, need to ask a question, need to receive a message, process, forgive what needs to be forgiven, and forgot what needs to be forgotten. It doesn't matter how it comes to you, you must finish all 8 sequences in order to complete this part of your journey. Reflect how these sequences changed and grew you in this part of your journey. The sequences are supposed to be there because that is how you change and grow to continue your path and journey to learning more about yourself and who you truly are. You are unique with your own creativity and light.


Q: Are you complete each of the 8 sequences fully, if not, are you ignoring or rushing through them?


SATURDAY


"release self-judgment and embrace self-love"


If you regret the decisions that should have been part of your journey well learn from that regretted decision instead. Sometimes you can't see it clearly until that time has passed then that regret will start to sink in. You need to heal, grow, and wait because there is a greater purpose we are meant to serve along our journey. Sometimes that service may turn into something we can't do because of current situations or regret it because we were scared of who will judge you or what risks may be involved. Remember to take the risks when you feel ready to not when you rush the timing of things. Everything has a funny way of working out in the end even though we all go through these rollercoasters of emotions, feelings of completion, feelings of regrets, feelings of defeat, moments of grief, moments of happiness, moments of success, etc... Doesn't matter what your 8 sequences consist of, you will eventually see the light at the end of the journey you are driving down. Doesn't matter how long it takes you to reach that goal you set from today that you want to reach that part of your journey, figure out the 8 sequences for each part of journeys you know that will help you reach it but with the leftover parts of the sequences that aren't filled, let your journey unfold to those moments of the journeys ahead. Remember you will achieve that goal. You have the willing mindset to do so, so don't hold yourself back from reaching your potential.


Q: Do you agree with these or what are regrets aren't you facing?


When we rush to male decisions, we often end up regretting them. Sometimes we just need to wait and give ourselves time to heal and grow.

SUNDAY


"be at peace with your past"


We aren't defined by labels - yes we have labels of who we are to someone but it doesn't make us unique. Our creativity, talents, and characteristics make us unique.

Also, next month we will start including 2 moonology cards and 2 universe cards for each week. Adding some different reading into our reflection weeks. And on Thursday, it has been 13 years since my grandpa has passed away. It was my inspiration and the reason why I started Nomad Adventures Co.
