Hey Nomad Crew. When I was going through one of my old journals, this piece of paper fell out and this was the topic written at the top of it. I swear my journals are holding all the gems at the moment.

I thought this would be a good topic to discuss since we are already past the halfway mark through this crazy year. And we could use the little encouragement of shifting our mindset. We can all push through the rest of the year, keeping positive and focused on finishing this year strong.

So here are the little changes:

  1. Start today, a tiny change is better than no change at all.

  2. Today, I will write a goal on paper.

  3. What will you do TODAY to get started on your goal?

  4. Life will only change when you become more committed to your dreams than your comfort zones.

  5. Today, I will replace DOUBT with TRUST.

  6. Are you trying to making a change, or are you committed to making a CHANGE?

  7. Today, I will only keep the thoughts that make me stronger.

  8. Today, I will REST & RENEW.

  9. Where do you see yourself in 1 month? In 1 year?

  10. Don't fear failure. Fear being in the exact same place you are next year as you are today.

  11. Today, I will replace I CAN'T with I CAN.

  12. What can you do today to get you one step closer to your goal?

  13. Winners are not people who never fail, but people who NEVER QUIT.

  14. I will live the life I have imagined.

  15. Today, I will make one positive change in my past habits.

  16. What is keeping you from moving FORWARD?

  17. The distance between dreams and reality is called action.

  18. Today I will share my goal with someone.

  19. Your desire to change must be greater than your desire to stay the same.

  20. Today, I will stay positive and focus on my goal.

  21. I will keep moving forward one step, and one day at a time.

  22. Whenever you are, be all there.

  23. Today, I take the time to CELEBRATE my successes.

  24. Today, I will remember to segment my goal into smaller steps.

  25. I am in the process of POSITIVE CHANGES.

  26. Today, I will step out of my comfort zone.

  27. I am confident and capable of meeting what is before me.

  28. Today I will give myself permission for a reset and keep moving forward.

  29. Make today your day 1, and get started

  30. If you can envision it, you can have it.

After reading these, are there any that you are already making. Which ones are calling you out? Which ones that are ones that you know you should be doing? Right them down in your journal and reflect upon them. Also, if you want to, add each one to a day in your planner.
