Hey Nomad Crew.

Throughout this year, I found some new favorites and a few favorites that I still love from last year. I will try to add links to what I can but others may not be available anymore. These favorites have been a must have. And there are a few that have been essentials for the mental illnesses that I have diagnosed with. If there is something I have, I will also try to link and find something similar.

If you have any favorites you liked during this year, leave them in the comments below.

I will also organize it into categories.

  1. Soft bralette from Walmart

  2. Silk lace and seamless underwear from Walmart (three pack and the best thing to wear under your leggings / George brand)

  3. Ripped jeggings from American Eagle (most comfortable pair to wear & can be dressed up or down depending on your style and day)

  4. Align leggings (25 inch length) from Lululemon

  5. Lightweight jacket from Balance Athletica (mine is in black called midnight)

  6. Faux leather jacket from Reitmans

  7. Work hoodie from Reitmans

  8. PJs from Walmart

  9. Sherpa from Billabong

  1. Arbonne fizz sticks, mind health, skin elixir, greens, and digestion plus

  2. Peach Snapple

  3. Mushroom chai tea and coffee

  4. Cold tea (help with sinuses) from David's Tea

  5. Peach tea from David's Tea

  1. Acne spot treatment from Arbonne (I use mainly in the morning if I'm not wearing face makeup that day)

  2. Pore vacuum (I use this 2-3 times a month)

  3. Hoop nose ring (I lost my stud one when I was in Vancouver and got a hoop one to replace it, best decision ever)

  4. Oat face mask (best thing for when the weather is colder)

  5. Charol treatment mask from Glamglow (I use mine as a spot treatment 2-3 times a month)

  1. fleece red plaid blanket (twin size / found mine at Winners but found the same one on Amazon)

  2. Apple air pods

  3. Sperry Slip on Shoes (Van knock-off and more comfortable)

  4. LED A19 Smart Bulb (16 million colors, soft white to daylight 2700k-6500k / wiz connected / prefect anxiety and light sensory problems)

I hope you enjoyed this post, I did take me a bit to find all the links. Some of the links I have provided are my support links where I do get a small commission from it.
